Logging In and Connecting
Access PAM360 with your standard Reliable Parts login\password. (first.last@reliableparts.com and password)

To login to a server, you will select Connections > All My Connections > Resources and in the Accounts window, you will select "Logged-in Microsoft Entra ID account" and select your user account.
Select "Connect" > Windows Remote Desktop
Enter your normal login account password and select Connect. The session will open in a separate browser tab or window.
Sharing Files Between Desktops and Servers

Click on the Cloud Icon (My Files) at the top of the screen

Choose the files you need copied to the server and close File Share popup

Open Windows File Explorer > This PC > "Cloud Storage On xxxx"
- Copy\Move files to desired location on server. (NOTE: Files are not maintained in cloud storage after logoff)
