About Adobe product subscriptions

This article pertains to all employees in Canada and the United States.

Adobe Acrobat, Creative Cloud, and other products are licensed by the company for business use. Subscriptions that are assigned to named employees with an @reliableparts.com email address.

All computers come with Adobe Reader by default and is all that is generally needed to view and sign documents. See the Adobe site for more information on how to sign a document using Adobe Reader.

Getting a license

Non-managers must obtain approval from your manager before opening a ticket to request a license. When you open a ticket, be sure to CC your manager on the request for expedited license assignment.


IMPORTANT If you previously setup an Adobe account with a Reliable Parts work email address before we implemented single sign-on (SSO), you will need to change the email account associated with your personal Adobe subscription account before proceeding. Once completed, we will be able to set up an Adobe Enterprise-managed account your first.last@reliableparts.com ID. If you are unsure, please open a Help Desk ticket and specify your Adobe ID so that we can verify.


Installing the products

Once the Help Desk has provisioned you a license, you'll receive a welcome email from Adobe with further instructions for accessing your account and downloading the product. Use your Microsoft Office identity to sign in with first.last@reliableparts.com and your password.

Some computers may be restricted on the software that can be installed by employees. If you encounter a message asking for administrative credentials, please reply to the ticket and a Help Desk agent will reach out to you to complete the setup for you.
