To Preview VoiceMail (.WAV) files in Outlook
Windows 10 Users
Please follow these steps:
1. In Windows search, type "Default App Settings" and open it.
2. Or go to Windows Settings > Default Apps
3. In the Music Player section, change it to Windows Media Player.
4. Go to back to Outlook and preview the Wav files.
Note: Windows 10 will set Groove as the default music player. This player cannot preview files in Outlook. By changing it to Windows Media Player, the previous player, it works in Outlook.
