Trouble loading schematics from the LG website

This article applies to all locations that use the LG website.

Viewing LG schematics requires the Papyrus plug-in on the computer. If it is not operating correctly, uninstall it and re-install the software.

For Employees

Before you start a request to get further assistance with the Papyrus plug-in, please restart your computer using the SHUTDOWN option from the power menu in Windows.

For Help Desk Agents

Please find the plug-in installer from the F: drive.
