Adding an email address to the Dell 2815dn printer address book

This article pertains to the Dell 2815dn and 2825cdn multi-function devices.

To add an entry to your address book:

1. Press the Home button.
   You may need to wake the printer using the Power button if the indicator lamp is pulsing.
   
   
2. On the printer panel, tap on the gear icon.
3. Tap Tools.
4. Tap Address Book....
5. Tap E-mail address.
6. Tap Individuals...
7. Tap on a slot that shows (Not in Use).
8. Tap on the Enter Name text in the Name text box to give the address a name.
9. Tap on the Enter E-mail Address text in the E-mail Address text box and type the email address using the keyboard.
10. Tap OK when complete.

You've added an email to your address book. You will find the address in the address book when using the Scan to Email function of this printer.
